How to make application:

You may complete and print this application and send a hard copy via regular post to Hopscotch along with your application fee.  Or you may complete the application on your computer and send it, via email, to Hopscotch. Your application fee will need to be sent separately through regular post.

Important: Your application will not be considered until an application fee has been received by Hopscotch.

Wherever possible, we plan to use downloads in place of printed materials. There are several reasons for this:

The international adoption environment is very dynamic, with changing rules and regulations, so pre-printed pieces tend to become obsolete within weeks of their creation;

Our agency is similarly dynamic, with new programs under consideration and new resources being added continuously, so printed materials about us would also become obsolete quickly;

Computer storage takes up much less real estate than acres of filing cabinets (for you and for us)!

We're always available by phone to answer your questions, but encourage you to communicate with us electronically whenever practical and possible.
